I break down silos for a living with a proven track record of building highly effective partnerships to develop and advance a shared mission from conception to implementation. I specialize in branding, economic and community development, as well as sustainability. All of which come in handy when working to rebuild undeserved urban communities.

As Commercial Corridor Manager my primary role is to design and administer business improvement services on the 52nd Street commercial corridor in West Philadelphia including the implementation of market driven activities focused on economic and retail development, which includes retail and restaurant site selection, business attraction, and a destination location marketing plan.

While working in conjunction with the City of Philadelphia’s Department of Commerce, my aim is to create sustainable neighborhoods through social development and the implementation of physical redevelopment projects that spark economic revitalization by rebuilding infrastructure and creating jobs.

Project Summary: Supporting the development of the 52nd Street beautification project in West Philadelphia that focuses on neighborhood transformation.
