Victoria Gilbert

Victoria Gilbert works as a Project Manager for Cooper’s Ferry Partnership, a 501c3 nonprofit facilitating economic development in the City of Camden, New Jersey, and lives in the Passyunk Square neighborhood of South Philadelphia. Her past experience living and volunteering in Eastern Kentucky inspires her to work with communities striving to improve their economic welfare and provide for their multigenerational members.

Victoria has a BA in planning & public policy from the Bloustein School at Rutgers University and a JD from Rutgers. She is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania bars, a former Eagleton Institute of Politics Governor’s Fellow, and a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Project Summary: Developing simple streetscape improvements around Passyunk Square through the Passyunk Square Cares project in order to support elderly neighborhood residents who need to walk to buy groceries, go to church, and visit with neighbors.
