I am a hard working single mother of three, looking to improve the community I am raising my children in. I am the founder of Youth 2 Adults, a nonprofit youth organization working with at risk children in Akron. I am a resident of the Kenmore neighborhood and see the potential it has to be a great working, and family community so I want to do my part in helping the neighborhood thrive.
Pop Up Bike Shop
We will form a “Pop up Bike Shop on the Boulevard”. The Kenmore area in Akron, Ohio is undergoing a redevelopment process and the streets have been transformed to allow a more residential atmosphere with one lane roads, more parking space, and bike lanes. I want to add bike racks along the boulevard, as well as a pop up bike repair shop in conjunction with other community businesses and partners.
