A “Resource Trolley” allowing homeless citizens, very low to low income individuals an increased opportunity to engage in community services and offer additional opportunities for community engagement such as employment, child care and life sustaining activities such as grocery shopping through free and stable transportation. Transportation provided is subject to service program participation.
