Vicky is a Haitian-American and first-generation college graduate dedicated to financial literacy and youth empowerment. With a background in marketing, she began her journey at a local credit union, witnessing the transformative power of financial education. Vicky has helped bring financial literacy and well-being to students nationwide through her initiatives and workshops, impacting their financial futures. She is passionate about empowering young people to dream big and chase those dreams, no matter their background, and equipping them with the tools to become confident entrepreneurs
Building Champions
Building Champions is a summer fellowship program for youth ages 16-21, focused on leadership, business principles, financial and digital literacy, and entrepreneurship. Over 6-8 weeks, participants engage in workshops, hear from industry experts, and develop business plans for their innovative ideas. By equipping young people with essential skills and knowledge, Building Champions fosters confident, creative leaders ready to positively impact their communities.
